Flow injection - reconstruction with composite material

Flow injection is a bonding technique that allows not only for aesthetic correction of teeth, but also for more complex restoration of the shortness.
Flow injection is recommended in a situation requiring greater intervention and a dramatic change in the shape of teeth with good occlusal conditions, or in the case of minor disorders of the occlusion arising, for example, from the lowering of molar fillings. With
flow injection, prior to the application of the composite material, we make a project of the future restoration called wax-up.
Wax-up can be performed both digitally and analogically and provides a three-dimensional visualization of the final treatment effect. The patient-approved design of the new smile in the form of a wax-up model is used to make a matrix (silicone splint) into which the liquid composite material is inserted. The filled splint is then transferred to the oral cavity. The final, detailed aesthetic refinement of the teeth takes place in the patient's mouth.
